The Summary Tab is within iTunes on your Mac. You see the Summary Tab when your iOS device is connected to the Mac and while iTunes is running. It will appear in the left sidebar on the screen. If the Mac doesn’t recognize your phone, go through the troubleshooting steps in the link that rbrylawski’s provided for you.

When the device is recognized in iTunes, this is what you should see on the left side.
