Exporting in Final Cut Pro Takes Hours for Short Videos

Noise reduction is incredibly slow and very graphics processor intensive. What's the graphics card and VRAM? That’s very important for effects, especially ones such as these. You should be aware that Apple Devices are only 29.97.

Ten minutes of noise reduction took me three hours and two minutes on a year older MBP. 

I recommend not using 60 fps as it is not necessary.

I personally use 24p, but you can also use the 29.97 setting, depending on where you output.

24 frames per second is enough to create smooth motion.

Are you a gamer? In video games high frame rates count as higher image quality. Not so in video. As soon as you have enough frames per second that the human perception no longer sees the gaps, you are fine.

Exceptions would be high speed objects like race cars or humming birds, where you'd likely want more frames to picture the motion better and have a reserve for slow motion clips.
