The calendar alerts are always backwards!

i want my 1st alert to be ‘1 Day Before’ the event and the 2nd alert to be ‘1 Hour Before’ the event. I set my event that way, click Done, and they reverse, which makes no sense whatsoever.

i see so many other people have this same issue but no fix!

Help!

For example, if you set the first alert to 1 hour before, then set second alert to 10 minutes before, it switches the first alert to 10 minutes before and the second alert becomes 1 hour before. I can see from previous posts on here that this has been an issue for many years. It’s about time apple fixed it.😡

Set alerts on calendar I have an iPhone 10. The alerts keep switching when I set the 1st and 2nd alerts. Ex: first alert set for 1day before my appointment. Second alert set for 30 minutes before the appointment. After pressing “Done” they switch. First alert becomes 30 minutes before. Second alert becomes 1day before. They won’t stay correct. Very frustrating! And they won’t alert me for my appointment. If I set only the first alert w/o a second alert then I will get the alert. Help!!!

Calendar alerts on iphone 12 Hi recently when I put an event in the calendar and try to set the alerts, when I set the first alert its good. But when I set the second alert, it gets saved in the 1st alert space. for example, I want the alert at 10 am. so I set it for 1 hour before. Then go to set the second alert at 15 mins before, but the phone switches the alert times so 1st alert is 15 mins before and 2nd alert is 1 hr before. Makes absolutely no sense.
