I can not load any applications because they want money but I do not know how much and for what!!

What happens when you try to download apps (assuming that's what 'can not load' is supposed to mean), what message/prompt shows ?

If you look at the purchase history of the account are there any pending purchases : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
