Pop up box keeps showing half off my screen

Whenever I’m asked to put in my iCloud password the pop up screen always ends up cutoff, how do I fix this?

i Pad Password prompts Constantly asked to re-enter password for email accounts. Re-enter field appears active, rest of the screen is greyed out. When selecting the re-enter password field to type, screen disappears back to previous and irritating prompt continues. Have tried resetting network connections and signing out and back in to i cloud. All to no avail
