Apple TV stuck in Setting & Computer
After a Storm Apple TV is stuck on computer and settings icons tried rebooting turned off and on the main menu screen is lost any advice? Thanks, Debbie

Did you ensure that your internet connection is currently active?
Did you verify DNS?
Did you run a diagnostic report? What were the results?
Did you try another Ethernet cable?
Did you test on another network?

That happens when it's not properly connected to the network
Use another device to ensure the internet connection is active
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)
If on wifi try Apple TV on ethernet
To see a current status of the network get a report from stumbler, netstumbler or similar. Look for signal strength, noise, nearby networks

have you attemted to go into settings and verifying that there is a network connection enabled ?
if it's not connected to the network that would happen
yes It is connected still no main menu
I have disconnected and reconnected then rebooted still nothing
Unplugged Ethernet and replugged I have tried all the obvious solutions to no avail
Thank you I changed Ethernet outlets working now, much appreciated
