So before this, I had no problem uploading any documents or pictures to files, but recently after switching from iPhone 6 Plus to iPhone X, the documents I’m trying to upload isn’t uploading at all, it stays “Waiting for upload”, I’ve tried leaving it overnight, but it is still the same. Please help, I need to put my documents in there.
Example :
Go to Settings>WiFi>Off. Restart your phone. If you don’t know how to shut the phone off, you can find instructions here.

After the phone restarts, go back to Settings>WiFi>On. See if they begin to upload after that.
Dumb question, but you do have iCloud Drive turned on, correct?
Try a forced restart and see if they will upload.
On an iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
Do you know which particular file it is trying to upload? If you do, launch the Files app, find the document, tap on it a few times and see if that will help start the upload. Even if you aren’t sure which file it is, you should get a clue when you get into the Files app and start looking around.
Yup it is turned on and it stays like that, it says it’s uploading, but it takes forever to finish.
I’ve tried the force restart method, still isn’t working.
Sorry mate, I tried doing as you said but it’s still not uploading, I usually use mobile data to upload my files, tried using WiFi, but it’s still the same.
