iPhone 6s Plus is unresponsive after 12 update

2 issues:

screen becomes unresponsive, and it does random actions later...

top of the screen flickers too

both issues happens almost all the time, so it is not possible to work with this phone.

My actions:

I had iOS 12.1.4 (I think) and I decided to update to 12.2 Today, I was hoping you realize and fixed this issue, and everything become worst (same issue even without any third party app installed on the phone).

IMPORTANT: Please I can't live without my iPhone for weeks or even days until it is fixed.

I have tried to come back to iOS 11 until you sorted it out but it looks like it is not possible officially, so I really need an official & supported apple way to come back to my previous iOS asap (I don't have full backup).

A quick reply will be appreciated, please I live and work with my phone.

Thanks, Christian.

I have a passion and hobby to go through complete literature and review of all iOS and needless to say I haven't missed iOS 12.1.3, 12.1.4 & 12.2 assessment published on various news media and on Apple web page including leading news magazines (Forbes & Fortune Magazines).

No where I could find any link on the problem of "Screen Unresponsive and Flickering" faced by you. Introspect and have a complete and thorough check on the way you handle settings on your iPhone.

Read often for a peaceful life.

Solution. take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support

Hi,

I am not sure about your email, All I can tell you is that I have searched about it before to sent this post, and there are few items very similar to mine, and unfortunatelly without reply... and sadly they are from sept 2018...

Are you from Apple? or do you know how can I contact with Apple directly? my request is very simple and direct, I do not have time, and even worst I can't spend time testing it for apple,

As I said, the issues appear even without third party apps, it means just after full factory reset...

Please, Please and Please, how can I come back to iOS 11 ASAP and using an official and supported apple way...?

Regards, Christian.

Apple does not support downgrading of iOS. You will not be able to downgrade to iOS 11.

This is a user to user support forum and no one here works for Apple, and Apple does not participate here. If you wish to speak to someone at Apple directly, you need to use the Contact Support link at the top of the pages here. If you have restored your device to factory and set it up as new without using your backup and the problem behavior continues, then it is a hardware issue, and you need to do as the other poster has suggested and that is to contact Apple for support.
