Calendar location suggestion isn't working

Hi, for the past couple days my "location suggestion" isn't populating when I enter in a restaurant name, etc...it would always work before and just all of a sudden it's not. I have an iphone XS MAX running on IOS 12.2

Is anyone else having this issue?

Settings > Calendar > Location Suggestion [Enable]
