I have been told that you can find out what time you put an event on your calendar just through looking at your hard drive on your mac. I do not believe it. Is there anywhere on your phone/ mac/ ipad you can find out the time you actually put an event in your phone (not the time you set it to). Cheers.

Well, the answer is yes, you can, but it is very complicated. You need to go to your username in Finder, then navigate to Library/Calendars, then find the calendar folder that contains the event, then open the Events folder, then figure out which event it is and look at the date on the file for that event. That date will either be the date the event was created or the date it was last updated. But all of the file names will be gibberish, so you will have to try them all to figure out which event you are looking for. And note that actually opening an event file to look at it will update its timestamp. So a really good MacOS internals could do it, but mere mortals would have a very hard time.
