Late 2012 Boot Camp Install?

Since my iMac falls into the gap of machines that can't have bootcamp + Mojave is the blocker just the fact its a fusion drive?

I am likely to replace my drive soon and will probably just put int a single SSD drive, would this also solve the bootcamp issue?

Thanks.

iMac 27", macOS 10.13

The restriction is due to 3TB Fusion drives as documented in If you see the alert 'Installation cannot proceed with Boot Camp configured' - Apple Support. If you do not have a 3Tb Fusion drive, you can install Windows using BC Assistant.
