Cant complete purchase

Whenever i try to purchase something in-game, there is a notification that pops up that the purchase could not be completed. It has happened to me before and i fixed it, now i cant remember how to do it. It might be the fact that i messed up on the details on my credit card a few times and that they don't believe it's me. What should i do?

I would contact iTunes support for purchase issues.
