Screen replacement

I have warranty when I bought the phone from Malaysia. I want to know if it covers in Egypt ?

Warranty is only guaranteed to be valid in the country of purchase.

You can try making an appointment with a store in Egypt and see what they have to say; some stores will do the work anyway.
