So, my mac has been restarting on the last couple of days because of a kernel panic, I didn't find any possible causes (like a pattern of why this might be happening). I've already ran the disk utility diagnostics and reinstalled OSX Mojave without formatting the disk.
Here is the log from the kernel panic, can you guys give me a hint of what the problem might be? Thanks!

What I've noticed is that the issue is happening when my computer goes to sleep. When I came back to it and try to wake him up, the computer boots again and comes back with the kernel panic message. Do you still think that this is hardware related instead of software?
Most likely a hardware fault. Take it into an Apple Store or certified repair center for evaluation.
You can try these two things, but they may not help:

It may not be the same problem. A kernel panic can be caused by various things. You should start a new Post (not a reply here) and post the most recent panic log.
And, you still do not have any third-party kernel extensions loaded, so it is likely a hardware fault.
If if you have any external hardware connected, it’s an internal harswarw daumr
I'm facing the same issue, when it goes to sleep mode and I try to awake it has restarted... did you figure out any solution?
Unfortunately I took to an Apple Store and It was a hardware problem. It was a problem with the logic board.
