App Store is not accepting my form of payment of PayPal.

I am not able to update or install new apps because the App Store is not accepting my form of payment of PayPal. I’ve tried deleting it but it won’t let me and my paypal is up to day so I’m confused.

If you are experiencing problems with changing your payment method, then you need to contact iTunes support. No one here would be able to help you with that problem. iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
