BBC player on Apple TV
BBC player has stopped working on my Apple TV. I'm advised to open it in the App store but, when I try to do that I get returned to the same screen advising it is no longer supported. My software is up to date (tvOS 12.2.1)

Try force quitting the app by double tapping the home button on the remote to bring up the app switcher then swiping up
Try deleting the app by holding down on the remote touchpad until the icon jiggles then pressing the play/pause button to bring up the options. Reload from the app store
If it persists then it’s something the developer needs to fix
