Hey viktorsmog,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I see you're encountering an error code when you try to transfer your iTunes library to a new PC, so I wanted to reach out with a few suggestions that may help things. First things first, try booting the computer in safe mode: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support. Once there, try moving a track or two into your new iTunes library and see what happens. Regardless of the result, restart the computer and allow it to boot normally. Now try moving a few files and see if you're seeing the same error code.

While we're at it, go ahead and reset the NVRAM: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

That should give us some more information to work with. Once you've done each step, make note of any changes or messages you see so we can factor that information into any next steps we have to take.

Cheers!
