iPhone 8+ Charging Issues

My phone suddenly has issues charging. When I plug it in to change it almost always stops charging after a few minutes. If I unplug it and plug it back in a gain it will change for a while longer. It also almost always shows as "partial charging" when it is charging now. This happens whether I am charging my phone by computer, wall outlet or in my car. I have also tried multiple cables with the same result. Is anyone else having the same issue?
