Albums & song disappear from iTunes Store (Germany)

Hello everyone,

I have purchased 2 songs from a certain album thinking to complete it later. Now when it came time I coulnd't find the album on the iTunes Store. When searching for this album through Chrome and then opening a link, it redirects me to iTunes with a Message "The item you've requested is not currently available in Apple Music in Germany."

This already happened 3 times.

Now my actual question: Is this some local issue in Germany, that albums dissappear after several time. Or its just artists pulling songs from German iTunes?
