Missing Albums

So my problem is that I can’t find some songs and even albums simply because I get an error saying that particular song is not available in my region or the album neither exists on iTunes nor Apple Music; for example one of my favourite album army of mushrooms by infected mushroom. I know sometimes there can be legal issues between artists and the streaming company but still it would be nice to know the exact reason behind this. Cheers!
