Transferring ITunes music to an MP3 player

I have input CD's into my ITunes library & want to transfer the music to an MP3 player. ITunes recognizes the MP3 player but I am unable to complete the transfer.

iTunes doesn't sync to non-Apple devices. You can usually drag what you want to the device using Windows Explorer.
