XS Max With bad Baseband

Hello

i need help with my New Xs Max. Took it to Apple center close to me and I was informed the Baseband is bad.

It displayed this Triangle Caution sign with No service.

Is this a Baseband issue? Can this be resolved? Or do I need to get a replacement unit?

my warranty is still on by the way

What did Apple support tell you? If it's under warranty, they should replace the phone.

Yes, the device is under warranty.

Apple store told me it’s baseband and they didn’t say anything about replacement. I just got this device March 2019.

This is really freaking me out
