the phone automatically turns off after updating the software. it occurs many times a day. most often when some application is used. is it possible to fix it somehow?

I wouldn't be that sure about it.
Sometimes Battery Health can display information incorrectly.
And the amount of cycles it has been through is more important.
Do you have a Mac or PC to check how many cycles your battery has been through?
When you update iOS, the system checks the components if they perform good enough.
And sometimes can disable them.
You battery isn't disabled but still, this is a sign that something is wrong.
I wanted to suggest you to restore your iPhone and start it as new. This is why I asked if you have a computer. This step could help to exclude a software issue.

Can you please check you battery health under Settings > Battery?
the battery condition is good. it is 60% charged and its condition is 86%. so this is not a problem with the battery
I do not have a Mac or PC. What should I do with my phone? replace the batteries? give for repair? although I notice that it started to happen when I updated my software earlier it did not work
