Hi I have iPhone X and I was updated and I have some problems

after update my phone is turn of and turn on every time

how can I make appointments whit Apple ?

I Phone 13 turns off by itself I purchased an iPhone 13 last week and the phone has been turning off by itself at least three times a day. Once it turns off I cannot turn it back on for almost 3-4 minutes. Is that a defective phone?
