Anyone know why I cant hear calls on my phone and others I call cant hear me? And why I cant put my iphone on speaker on a call or facetime? However I can call and talk when connected to my powerbeats... recommendations?

I have seen some other threads regarding this issue, and they seem to be with the iPhone 7. I suggest you make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store and have the device examined by Apple.

I would suggest the same thing to you that I told the OP. Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store.
