Is there a way to only turn off auto lock for timer?

Like the auto lock works all the time, but is automatically disabled when I use the timer? The only time I don’t need the auto lock is when the timer is up, so yeah. It’s just more convenient if there is a way to turn off auto lock only when I am using certain apps like timer.
