Update address, but characters are invalid

My issue is that I live in Norway with an address that contains "æ" and "ø". When i created my developer account I just wrote "æ" to "ae" and "ø" as "o". The issue now is in developer settings in the agreements, tax and banking section, where I want to activate paid apps. It tells me that my address is invalid, and if i try to change the address with the original characters, it says that the characters are invalid. How do i solve this?

Characters appear broken I use an icloud.com email address, and the Hungarian characters appear broken, which are not in the english alphabet. And these characters are replaced with “*”. What can I do in this case?

Billing address I’ve been using Apple for awhile and haven’t had a problem with it. Recently I noticed it wouldn’t let me download apps and for me to complete my billing address because there’s apparently been an error. I have no idea how to fill out the phone number because with an Australian phone number, it wont fit in the boxes. Its like 123|456-7897 so to replace the numbers with my phone number. How am I supposed to put my phone number there? Its like the Australian phone number doesn't work with that.
