TuneIn Charges

I am working with Apple to get all of my charges back to my Credit Card done by TuneIn

I never authorized TuneIn to bill me for an app I used once to evaluate.

Now I finally got my password up and running for my Apple acct. and I see all charges and I find that TuneIn have been charging me for 7 months.

I followed Apple instructions and got an Email from apple telling me i am been refunded 2 moths.

I wrote back to Apple asking them for the 5 other months (9.99 each)

Then I found this ability to create a post herein and I hope some one can help me.

#Tunein issues.

thx

Typically apps with free trials set up an auto-renewing subscription which you need to manually revoke before it is first called on if you don't want to continue with the subscription at the end of the trial. See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support for details on how to cancel any upcoming renewals. Removing an app or not using it are not sufficient to prevent scheduled charges.

This is a user to user support forum. We can sympathise with your situation but have no power to overturn a decision made by iTunes store support staff. It is unfortunate that you weren't keeping a closer eye on your account or paying attention to the email notifications that were likely sent out.
