How to export reading list items (url and page title) on iPhone X iOS?

adding websites to the reading is easy, so I do it often for stuff I want to go back to, but now my list is out of hand and huge. I was to delete all the items to free up space that safari is taking with my booksmarks/favorites but I don’t want to spend hours go through each page and copy and pasting the URL. Can I use a shortcut in the shortcuts app (workflows) or if it can’t be done on the iPhone, is there some way to do this on my Mac?

iPhone X, iOS 12

There is no need to copy and paste anything.

I believe you recognize you need to go through your list. But all you need to do is tap on the list entry, and the page will then appear in your Safari browser. If you then decide to eliminate the page from your reading list, simply swipe the bookmark entry from right to left and then delete it.
