Why does my Iphone die at a very high percentage like 98%.
I charge it all the way up and It shuts down at a high percentage then says that its dead and its need to be charged!!
Please HELP!!

If refurbished from Apple, then no, it shouldn't happen, or you should go back to the reseller and explain your problem.
It looks like something is wrong with your battery. Dying at 98% AND not being able to read the maximum capacity it's not a normal behavior.
If your iPhone was serviced or refurbished by a 3rd party repairer, then the problem could not be resolved from Apple Stores or Auhorized Service Providers. They might refuse to inspect /service that unit, if it was tampered with. Sorry.
