problems using the family access subscription

Hello from Ukraine. Unfortunately, I did not find any local support. There are 2 separate Apple IDs. each was used for a free trial. After the end of this period, I bought a "family" subscription. I added my wife's Apple ID, and now that she uses music, she can't create playlists. I get the message “It’s impossible to turn on the icloud library because the device is already connected to another Apple ID. It will be possible to associate this blink with another Apple ID after 28 days. "Also another question is that my wife can use the" family "subscription music in her tephon in the itunes store section, is it necessary to enter my Apple ID? Really hoping for understanding and expectation help! Tell me how to solve this problem so that my wife and I can use music along with the already paid “family” subscription

View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - http://support.apple.com/HT204074 - Read the part at the end where it refers to the 90 day wait. This applies to re-downloading past purchases (you can make new purchases), automatic downloads, and iCloud based services such as Family Sharing, Match, and Apple Music.


Wait the 28 days or contact Apple and see if they are willing to change the restriction for you.
