How to BlackList Iphone IMEI?

Is there an apple support function that helps to Block or Blacklist IMEI so the phone can not be use worldwide at any phone service campaing?

Apple has activation lock tied to the owners AppleID via find my iPhone. Activation lock prevents anyone but the owner from even activating a device (see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201365).


But as far as carrier blacklists, there is no such global blacklist (and Apple cannot blacklist a device - they don’t own the cellular networks). In the USA there is a universal carrier blacklist, and that same list is honored by Canadian and Mexican carrier’s.


To report a phone for blacklisting, you need to contact your cellular service provider and report the lost or stolen device to them.
