ICloud problem

I updated my icloud storage from 5GB to 50GB and my photos app still says my icloud storage is full, and also my photos on my mac wont back up. I tried updating my phone and turning it off and on again but still the same problem. What can I do to fix this?

Hello,

—> On the iPhone go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Check Storage if it is full or not.

—> On Mac click on Apple Logo > System Preferances > iCloud > Check if your photos is turned on over there.
