Hello there, I made an attempt early today to sell my watch. And the person I sold my watch to couldn’t pair it to his phone. They told him that I needed to get the receipt. But it was giving as a Christmas gift. But I know where it was purchased. The Glendale gallery mall in CA. They have it there but said I would need to go there. Is there a way I can get a print out of that receipt?

If you followed all of the steps in the support document that I provided, then what is the error the purchaser is seeing? That is what is going to make a difference. Sounds like you may have unpaired it and reset it, but you may not have removed it from your Apple ID account so it is Activation Locked.
If you removed the device correctly from your iCloud account, then the purchaser is experiencing some other issue. I suggest you ask the purchaser to send you a photo of the screen they are seeing that is making it impossible for them to pair so you can try and get some help.
That’s what they told him on the phone with apple support. Before I sold it to him I unpaired it and reseted it everything on the watch.
It doesn’t show up on my phone anymore though. But in that case, what can I do?
