Hard resetting

My iPhone XR is frozen. You can switch to different screens but I can’t open up any apps. The FaceTime is running in the background. All apps are close but can’t open. I’ve done the volume up and down reset method, I’ve done the up volume and right button reset. Now I’m just waiting for the battery to drain but it’s on 50%. Help...
