I don’t know what’s going on. Some email was sent to me just 4 hours ago written in Chinese. What was really scary was that it says I subscribed to their mailing list when I really haven’t. Why? Please tell me as quickly as possible as it is really freaky in these kinds of situations.

Start by changing the password on your e-mail account that use used to subscribe. If things get bad enough you may have to delete that account and start a new one.
Thank you. It almost tricked me but luckily I thought about it first. It is rather deceiving how it says that i’m subscribed to their “mailing list” although I clearly did not. Quite scary. I need to tell my family about this.
After some researching on the internet I found that I should not reply or unsubscribe to spam emails. Which I did both. Am I in danger and if so, how can I protect myself?
