How to connect iPad via Bluetooth to my mobile printer

I have an iPad Pro. My question is how to connect via Bluetooth to my hp mobile printer that is using a Bluetooth adapter for the use of a work related handheld computer. I cannot find the printer while trying to search for it. I would like to print documents from iPad to printer while away from any WiFi networks.

You'll need an app that enables Bluetooth printing to your printer. See if HP has such an app for your printer.
