How do I Bluetooth a print

You would need a Bluetooth equipped printer and an app for that printer, like a Kodak portable BT photo printer and the accompanying Kodak BT printer app.

The only printing built into iOS is Apple AirPrint, which is WiFi based -> Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Most wireless printers are WiFi, not BT, with the exception of some portable printers from Kodak, life print, Polaroid and other makes.

iOS devices do not natively support Bluetooth printers. If your Printer manufacturer offers an App for your model of Printer, you can use that to connect to the printer.

Check the App store for apps from your Printer manufacturer.
