How do I Bluetooth a printer

You would need a Bluetooth equipped printer and an app for that printer, like a Kodak portable BT photo printer and the accompanying Kodak BT printer app.
The only printing built into iOS is Apple AirPrint, which is WiFi based -> Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Most wireless printers are WiFi, not BT, with the exception of some portable printers from Kodak, life print, Polaroid and other makes.
