Recently after doing a mass update on a bunch of apps my 3rd party keyboards have stopped showing up in the messages app. I'm using the organic iMessage/text app and on iOS 12.1.4. the 3rd party keyboards still work in other apps ie. Facebook, Safari etc.

For any third party app or keyboard you need to contact the app developer.
