Apple Watch showing duplicate Calendar Events and Tasks

I have been using my Apple Watch for about 4 months. Just yesterday, it started duplicating my Calendar Events and Tasks. I have it linked to my Exchange account. I'm get up to 10 multiples of calendar events and about 30 multiples of scheduled tasks. The watch now freezes when I try to look at calendar events or tasks. The Watch is on version 5.2 and my iPhone Xs is on version 12.2. I have tried doing the Watch -> Rest -> Rest Sync Data several times, but it does not correct the issue.

I would suggest deleting the Exchange account from your phone and adding it back.

Well, remove the account from the phone, un-pair and re-pair the watch then add the Exchange account back? That's about all I can think of.

Reset your watch by pressing in both the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both buttons,

I deleted the Exchange account from my phone. Waited about 15 minutes and even used the Reset Sync Data. Then added it back to the phone and I still have a large number of duplicates. It did not seem to remove them when I deleted the account.
