Upgrading IOS on old 2011 macbook pro

Having an issue to trying to update my IOS on my macbook pro. Because I haven't upgraded in previous times, I still require an upgrade to high sierra.

What's the issue? If it's that you can't find the High Sierra installer for Mac OS , it's here:

Get macOS High Sierra.
