Can't update IOS on my Macbook Pro 2017

Hi,

I've been trying to update the IOS on my Macbook Pro (2017).

It does not show any updates when I go to software updates. Any idea if this can be done manually or if my laptop it just to old to update?

I currently have MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6.
