Accidentally deleted EVERYTHING on MacBook Air including Macintosh HD/hard drive

PLEASE HELP ME! So a couple of months ago I wanted to delete everything on my laptop and have it like new again. So I did that command+r thing and I clicked on everything that came up on the left of the disk utility and erased everything INCLUDING the Macintosh HD part and now I have a flashing folder and no Macintosh HD to click on anymore what do I do 😩 Can someone please please help me I have no idea what I’m doing!!

When you boot into Recovery and choose Disk Utility do you see your hard drive listed? (you may have to click on the "show all" at the top left)

If you do, choose that and Erase to format. Format should be Mac OS Extended (Journaled) GUID Partition Scheme.

After that you should be able to choose "Reinstall macOS".
