Accidentally deleted EVERYTHING on MacBook Air including Macintosh HD/hard drive

PLEASE HELP ME! So a couple of months ago I wanted to delete everything on my laptop and have it like new again. So I did that command+r thing and I clicked on everything that came up on the left of the disk utility and erased everything INCLUDING the Macintosh HD part and now I have a flashing folder and no Macintosh HD to click on anymore what do I do 😩 Can someone please please help me I have no idea what I’m doing!!
