Doubt about apple watch cellular bands in different countries and warranty coverage

During a tour i bought an apple watch serious 4 cellular from Australia . Without checking the carrier details and band width supports in India I bought it . Will a cellular model of the watch bought from Australia, work in India. Is it possible.

And can I claim warranty for the product in India in any case

Since that device is the same device sold in India, it should be fine. The warranty issues begin with devices sold in other countries that are not sold in yours. For example, if you purchase an Apple Watch cellular in the US, first off it wouldn't work with the Indian carriers, and could not be serviced in India because that is not the model sold there. Same with iPhones, and any other regional style device.
