imessage, facetime, and calls not working

my imessages don’t send regularly without being sms. i’ve tried turning off my phone, resetting imessage, nothing works. and with my facetime and calls along with other apps, my microphone does not work. people can’t hear me nor can i hear them. i can not take videos with sound anymore. i’ve tried both of my microphone and my iphone 7 plus. nothing has been working correctly. this started April 9, 2019. im looking for actual help and not something that ive already done. thanks.
