How to remove device policy alert in Chrome

Hello,

I have no idea why I'm suddenly getting a Device Policy Alert in Chrome, where I get a pop-up box with the requirement to set a passcode for a domain that I've used for almost two years.

I have no mobile devices in my Admin Console. There is no Device Management option in Settings>General.

What do I do to stop this pop-up box from appearing every time I launch Chrome?
