resetting AirPods but the right side wont connect

did all the steps to resetting airpods but the right side wont connect what next?

My airpods don't reset I have followed all the instructions online and it doesn't work to press the reset button. they have been playing up with only connecting with one ear but now they don't connect at all and even the airpods don't connect with the iPhone anymore
