shield vpn is charging over and over, how to get itunes refund

called apple on 800 275 2273 and spoke to Braun and understood my problem. he got access to my iphone and canceled the subscription for vpn shield, then he transferred me to itunes and Arthur made sure to refund the charge. Two super techs that were very patient and understanding. Arthur said for the future, never erase the app and then cancel. He said always cancel within 24 hours so that any billing is not done. Arthur will send instructions on managing subscriptions and payments. Problem solved and one happy customer.

When I called 800 275 2273, they were able to verify that I do have the customer care service package. i received one on one support from the Apple techs. I did not get any help from itunes..com/bill or calling 800 my apple (800 692 7753).

i was totally amazed that I was able to share my phone with a remote tech and guided me thru the steps on my phone. this was awesome. I have seen this with my laptop, i.e. sharing my pc with a remote tech for another company but never on my iPhone.
